  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless the copyright owner initiates legal action.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we may restrict or terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers, upon receipt of appropriate documentation.
